1. Thermally operating brushing machine
This machine is used for brushing, opening, and shearing the pile of plush fabrics.
Contains:
2 transport rollers
1 brushing roller and 1 combing roller
2 electric infrared radiators
1 heated plate
1 beating roller with 5 bars
Extraction chamber
The total power consumption: 38.4 kW
In 2025 wer replaced both infrared radiators.

2. Shearing machine FC1
This machine is used for shearing pile fabrics with low pile, such as plush, velvet, corduroy, etc.
Includes:
2 transport rollers
Shearing cylinder with 24 spirals
13 cuts per cm
Suction chamber
Fixed bottom blade
Total power input: 12 kW
Automatic lubrication system for the shearing cylinder
The equipment operates at mains voltage: 400V and frequency: 50 Hz.
