The machine is new and has never been used, having only undergone a performance test on our fibers. As a second identical machine, it is unnecessary in our line, as one identical machine already meets the line’s performance requirements.

Working principle:
   The row materials are fed into the machine after opening the blending, and after preliminary opening, carding, impurity removal and partial short velvet removal with the machine, the blocky, curled and compacted fibers are initially loosened, straightened and send to the next process.
   The equipment consists of a feeding roller, a opening roller, a fan, a metal removal device in a fiber conveying pipeline and a transmission mechanism.
   The frame is welded with 8 mm high-quality carbon steel, and both sides of the feeding hopper are composed of steel plate folding parts.

Description of the Main Parts:
– On the side of the opening machine has a quick opening baffle, which saves labor and time when opening, and is convenient for maintenance personnel to clean up;
– Unique air dust design and electrical control, minimalize the possibility of blocking, increase the reliability of equipment;
– The surface of the opening roller adopts aluminum alloy nail plate and stainless-steel needle structure. Under normal use, stainless steel nails will not fall off naturally, protect the equipment after this process, and will not produce rust and pollute the fiber;
